Edgewood Joppatowne Steelers football is a member of the Upper Chesapeake Youth Football League (UCYFL). Our teams are broken down into 8 age brackets for children ages 5 to 14. We have two clinic levels to teach fundamentals while playing full contact football.

All age/weight groups play teams from Harford and Cecil counties. The league maintains win/loss records, except for clinic, and the league sponsors playoff and championship games.

The Edgewood Joppatowne Steelers Cheer program, consists of girls from the ages of 5 to 14. We teach the fundamentals of cheering and stunting at a young age so our girls are ready for high school cheer. The girls cheer at our football games and compete in server competitions throughout the season.

Our primary goal is to teach children the fundamentals of the game while having fun. We put emphasis on saftey and sportsmanship. All children that are registered will have playing time, no one is cut. Our games are played at Robert Copenhaver park in Joppatowne and Cunion field in edgewood.
